March 16, 2026 — Gravis, a leading North American provider of engineered dry bulk transportation packaging solutions, today announced that it has acquired Procon Pacific, a distributor of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) and BOPP woven bags serving customers across the chemicals, food, and minerals industries. 

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Lombard, Illinois, Procon Pacific has built a strong reputation for supplying high-quality bulk packaging solutions and managing global sourcing relationships. The company operates with a team of professionals across the United States, China, and India. 

As part of the acquisition, the Procon Pacific team will join Gravis, and the company’s Lombard, Illinois office will remain an active part of Gravis’s North American footprint.
