A slow summer for packaging dealmaking in the United States and Canada continued in August. These are four deals that Packaging Dive tracked:

MP operates two manufacturing facilities in New Albany, Indiana, and Norfolk, Nebraska, employing around 110 people. MP’s Reid Borgman is joining Pregis as vice president and general manager of cold chain.
